Prince of Persia

Set in the mystical lands of Persia, a rogue prince and a mysterious princess race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time -- a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world. 

Adopted from the streets of Nasaf by King Sharaman of Persia, young Dastan grows up amongst royalty and quickly earns his place as a mighty warrior and prince. As his brothers Garsiv and Tus plan battle strategies, a spy sends word that the Holy City of Alamut has been supplying weapons to enemies of Persia. Taking matters into his own hands, Tus orders an attack on the sacred city and upon its fall Dastan encounters the beautiful Princess Tamina. When King Sharaman dies under mysterious circumstances shortly after, and Dastan is accused of his murder, he flees with the princess on a harrowing mission to clear his name. Learning from Tamina the true motives behind Alamut's invasion, Dastan must embark on a perilous quest to stop an evil mastermind's plot for ultimate power with a mystical weapon that can control the very fabric of time.

In Persia, in the Royal City of Nasaf, the fair King Sharaman rules the empire with his brother Nizan. Sharaman has two sons, but adopts the orphan Dastan that becomes part of his family. Years later, the Holy City of Alamut ruled by Princess Tamina is under siege of the troops led by Tus, Garsiv and Dastan, after their uncle Nizan had intercepted a spy carrying weapons for Alamut. Dastan invades the city with his men to avoid a massacre and the Persian army conquers the city. Dastan gets a dagger from an enemy and King Sharaman comes to Almut very upset with the invasion of the holy city. Then he arranges the marriage of Dastan with Princess Tamina. When Dastan gives a holy cloak delivered by Tus to his father, the mantle is poisoned and kills Sharaman. Dastan is accused of betrayal but he escapes with Princess Ttamina. Sooner he finds that the dagger is a powerful device to travel and change time and that Tus is not the traitor and he engages with Tamina in a quest for justice. Written by

I’m not a good lover, I admit it. I’m honestly saying that what I think to guys are deceivers and it is impossible to find a true love.

I open my heart to change my beliefs and tried to commit a relationship but I can’t still find way to feel that I’m really in love. Until you come into my life and that’s the first time that I feel so crazy because of thinking the happy moments that we have. When I’m with you I am losing my stress. My life goes with shine even I had a problem I can still smile and laugh because of you. When you’re at my side I feel so safe it’s like a princess feeling. Sometimes I’m like paranoid thinking about you especially at busy days in school we can’t hang up together. I feel missing you so much. I keep on thinking about you always it’s crazy but cool right? I’m just in love:]

You’re not just a lover for me you’re also my best friend who’s always there when I need someone to talk to. You’re also a shoulder that I can lean on when it’s hard times and most of all you’re very kind.

          A woman who give birth to me, she is tall have a fair complexion, long hair and chubby. She is 47 years old, patience, lovable and very caring mother. In my very deepest part of heart she’s the precious, silver and gold of my life that I treasure till the end of my life.

          She’s not a doctor that can heal the wounds. She’s not an engineer that can make a structure of a house and she’s not a soldier that will fight for a war. But even though she doesn’t have all that profession she can do that everything for us. She stands as a mother and father to us she always facing the problems with so much effort that is why I admire her so much because in having a lot of problems she is standing strong not only for her but for her family. She teach us to be strong in all the problems that we can encounter and don’t forget to say thank you to God for all the good and bad blessing.

          She is very but one of a kind.

I’m surrounded by different kinds of books and CCCians students.

The silence must be one of us it feels like everyone needs peace and silence in life, but then there are some who are chatting silently but still they can’t control the big voice to come out. There are also writing while chatting just like birds that flocking and flocking while doing something. In some corner I also saw a group of girls who are in silence and their moment spends only for reading. I’m holding a magazine- PC World; I was so attracted because of the fabulous luxury at the back dreaming to have this someday.

          It’s one o’clock a lot of students are coming in hurry just like there’s an emergency but then there is a girl who passed at my back I was caught by her because of her perfume that so fragrant. And as time passing by I feel so sleepy because of the silence and well ventilated area it’s so very cold and I want to lie down to sleep but I can’t. I look up again another magazine to remove the boredom feeling of being silence. Hmmm the tik..tok..of the clock is so slow my tummy is already turning around I want to eat something sweet. The time for my second class is coming therefore instead of eating I went to college building to attend my class.

 

How to make Okoy using Potato and Carrot

           Mostly people don’t eat vegetables especially children. But in Okoy using Potato and Carrot we will learn to love vegetables and we will enjoy to eat it.

            How to cook it, first prepared everything needed for cooking, utensils and ingredients. We need frying pan, cooking oil, bowl and beater. Then what are ingredients: lettuce, eggs, cornstarch, flour, iodized salt and of course our main ingredients potatoes and carrots. It all can be finding easily in our refrigerator. When we had prepared everything slice the potatoes and carrots crosswise thinner, then mix them in the bowl with flour, eggs and little bit cornstarch and iodized salt anything that can provide a good taste to the Okoy. When the mixture is done start heating the pan and oil then after start frying cook first a small one to taste if it’s has a good taste when its okay start frying per scoop, maintain the circle shape of the Okoy to make it presentable. Wait until it brown, make sure the temperature of the stove is in low therefore the potatoes and carrots will be cook well.

            Make a presentable arrangement, put the lettuce at the middle of the plate then put the cooked Okoy under the lettuce, just 3 pieces per plate. It’s done; we now need the preparation of the sauce. We need soy, vinegar, cucumber or onion, bell pepper and salt. Slice the cucumber and pepper thin size. Mix all in a small bowl then taste if it’s in a good taste.

            Everything is prepare we can now eat with family and friends while having a good bonding.



1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup annatto water
1 1/2 cups shrimp broth
1 egg, well beaten
cooking oil

The topping:
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 lb large shrimp, cleaned
1 cup chayote
1 cup carrots
1 cup sweet potatoes

Directions:
1. Sift the apf, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
2. Blend in the annatto water, broth and egg. Annato water is used for color.
You may use a little turmeric powder to give it a yellow color
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Heat vegetable or canola oil in medium high heat for deep-frying.
5. Arrange a bed of vegetables in a saucer.
6. Top with shrimps.
7. Add a couple of tablespoons of batter on top
8. Slide the mixture carefully into the hot oil.
9. Fry until crisp and brown on both sides.
10. Drain
11. Serve with a vinegar with crushed garlic for dipping seasoned with salt and pepper.

Life…Struggle but blessed

 The best blessing that we received from Almighty Father is life, which for me life is unpredictable but meaningful. Noticing, were not in the same stage. Some blessed of riches and happiness, riches and knowledge, riches, happiness and knowledge, happiness and knowledge…but struggle goes beyond in every stage.

Dreamer of a wonderful life, I just ask one thing and that’s happiness. In every turn I want the touch of being complete. 1992...the start to be a part of a community, not enough knowledge to know what is must. Growing old I always feel the essence of life, always loved by family, the feeling of being special because you’re the youngest. It’s really happiness that you won’t forget.

Adolescence stage, it’s good but aside of goodness there’s always the feeling of being incomplete person. Those light in the past turn into darkness, yes happy, but not fully joy and enthusiasm because the one your asking for had the life with other woman that even you know that it’s impossible renewed the past and even you feel like an evil because of being angry to him still can’t escape the wish to see him and back the happy and complete family.

It’s crazy to think that happiness will just become a nightmare. But as reaching the maturity there’s always a new chapter of life, which every bad moment needs to be forgotten and just keep the happiness a treasure of life. Our life is not a weather that can predict, but our life is under control by God the Father.
